Victoria Quilter is an Australian actress and model, probably best know for the TV series, "Bluey." She became famous as the RC Cola girl in a series of Australian ads before getting the role of Dawson's girlfriend, Jo Goldman, on "Bluey." After the series ended, she starred in the 1977 special, Benny Hill: Down Under, playing the grieving woman in the "Benny Kelly, son of Ned Kelly" sketch among other roles in the episode.
