Peter Vernon was an English actor best known for the movies "Slash," "Terror at London Bridge" and "Naughty Wives." Born Peter Vernon Thomas on November 8, 1921 in London, England, he shortened his name as an actor, appearing on television for the first time in the BBC incarnation of "The Benny Hill Show" and in its short-lived anthology series. Not much is known about his later career. He later retired in the United States in Glendale, Arizona. He passed away in 2017 at the age of 94 in nearby Prescott, Arizona.
