Mandy Perryment is an English actress and casting director, known for the movies "Harry and Harriet," "The Music Machine" and "Claudia." She was born on July 9, 1960 in London, England and started her acting career as a child actor playing lead roles in many British TV Dramas including "Storybook International" and "Crown Court." She left stage school at 16 and spent five years working as a dancer, briefly appearing as a pre-"Hill's Angels" dancer on "The Benny Hill Show" in 1978 before returning to acting in 1981. She appeared in several plays in London's West End, including "Noise's Off" at the Savoy Theater, "Singin’ In the Rain" at The London Palladium and "Some Like It Hot" at the Prince Edward Theater. Mandy also appeared several times on British and American TV during the Eighties, appearing on "Crown Court," "The Kenny Everett Show," "Let There Be Love," "The Love Boat," "Fresh Fields" and "Boon."
Perryment had her own TV series, "The Deadly Ernest Horror Show," which achieved cult status across Europe. Her success was also followed by the series, "Dog Boy" and "Rhondi." She also appeared in a record number of commercials and was one of the most-in demand photographic models of her generation, being one of Select Models original 8 Girls. In 1998, she started "Mandy Perryment Casting," celebrating ten successful years in business in September 2008.
