- First appearance of Henry McGee as a regular performer in the series and the first time he does the introduction, completely taking over from Nicholas Parsons and David Hamilton in 1973.
- The opening quickie features Benny Hill and his wife (Bella Emburg) in the lobby of a hotel as two old ladies (Connie Georges and Lillian Padmore) are replaced by two beautiful young girls (Bettine Le Beau and Marilyn Rickard) in the hotel elevator. When he tries to exchange his wife in it, an bald man (Bob Todd) emerges. (Jackie Wright plays the valet.)
- Benny introduces another queue of blooper and gaffe-inspired quickies:
- Two actors (Benny and Jerold Wells) playing French police officers meet read London bobbies while filming in London (Nicholas Parsons is the tourist)
- A husband (Benny) tears his pants on the front door while taking his wife (Yvonne Paul) out to a party
- An actor playing King Henry VIII (Benny Hill) gets too eager with a wench (Jenny Lee Wright, calling Benny by name (the two by-standers are possibly Brian Nolan, Yvonne and Dennis Plenty)

- The Movie Shakers is a parody of "The Movie Makers," a recurring series of interviews with major filmmakers and actors at the National Film Theatre that aired on the BBC between 1969 and 1976.
- "The Lovers" sketch is a video parody of Stan Freberg's 1951 record "John and Marsha," albeit with additional material by Hill (the part with George). It appears in the 1979 U.S. syndicated package but was left out of the 1987 revamp.
- A boom mike shows up over Bob Todd in the "Movie Shakers" sketch.
- The "At Home with Henry McGee" sketch was reportedly left over from the last episode. St. John Bossom's "Dirty Old Man" and "Norman" are also reported left over from the same episode.
- The closing quickie features a beautiful woman (Bettine Le Beau) being followed by a strange man (Henry McGee) and kissing a man in the park (Benny) to frighten him off. After he gets slapped for kissing her back, he runs from another woman (Marilyn Rickard) just trying to ask for directions.
