Debbie Scamp is an English actress, singer and dancer who starred as one of the Hill's Angels in the final season of the "The Benny Hill Show." Born in 1967, she is a graduate of the London Mission Training Center, graduating with an HND in theater studies at the University of Kent in 2002. She has worked in the theater in the West End, later touring the United Kingdom and the United States. She has starred in several uncredited film and television projects, singing lead vocals in a number of bands and sessions, including a 1987 production of "Jesus Christ Superstar" in Hornchurch, Essex.
