Barcland Bank is a British banking institution somewhere in England, possibly Lower Tidmarsh or Little Dimpton. Not much is known about the facility, but it is known the Bank President (Benny Hill) fools around with his hot brunette secretary (Jane Leeves), a fact that gets out to the staff (Henry McGee, Jackie Wright, Bob Todd and Jon Jon Keefe) when she confuses a personal message as "personnel." He also does her physical examinations in the bank. One of the tellers (Benny Hill) is described as a monkey by his co-workers and goes to complain to the supervisor (Henry McGee) who suggests moving him to a separate branch. The location is eventually robbed by Fingers McNee.
